  • When will the rental housing become available?

    • Construction began in 2023 and will be completed in late Fall 2024. Marketing of apartment homes will begin around the end of August or Early September 2024 and Pre-Rental applications will be available beginning at the end of August.

  • What community amenities will be provided?

    • A community room, an onsite laundry room, a bicycle room for bike storage, and an outdoor patio with tables and chairs will be provided.

  • Are families welcome?

    • Yes. Families and single individuals are welcome to apply

  • What size apartment homes will South Park Offer?

    • South Park will offer Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.

  • How do I know if I am eligible to rent one of the affordable apartments?

    • Your eligibility is based on your household income and assets, and the area median income (AMI) for the region. See LINK for Household Income Limits.

  • Can students rent the affordable apartments?

    • Households comprised entirely of full-time students must meet special eligibility requirements to live here. As we get closer to the housing being completed, there will be an application process to establish eligibility.

  • How do I get placed on an interest list?

    • You can fill out the Interest List form or stop by our leasing office to pick up a Pre-Application.

  • Who will be managing the property?

    • The John Stewart Company will be the property management company. You can learn more about them HERE.

  • How will you ensure a fair process?

    • South Park Commons will comply with all Fair Housing Laws, Federal, State and Local.
