61 Units of affordable housing: consisting of 30 units set aside for chronically homeless individuals in coordination with the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County Public Health CE (Coordinated Entry). Other 31 units will be rented to individuals that meet our selection criteria and income criteria. We offer Studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes. We are looking for individuals and families meeting the income and eligibility criteria. The 30 units of the CE, listed above, will be provided to us from the City/County.
