61 Units of affordable housing: consisting of 30 units set aside for chronically homeless individuals in coordination with the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County Public Health CE (Coordinated Entry). Other 31 units will be rented to individuals that meet our selection criteria and income criteria. Please click HERE for more information on income & rent limits. We offer Studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes. We are looking for individuals and families meeting the income and eligibility criteria. The 30 units of the CE, listed above, will be provided to us from the City/County. Please reach out to the City of Santa Rosa for additional information on their waiting list. Our temporary leasing office is scheduled to open September 6, 2024. Please stop by at 1301 Farmers Lane, Suite 103, Santa Rosa, CA 95405 to pick up a pre-application. All pre-applications must be returned per the instructions on the pre-application no later than September 23, 2024 to be included in our initial lottery. We are hoping to welcome our first residents home in November of 2024.
