South Park Commons is located in Santa Rosa’s historic South Park neighborhood, just South of Hwy 12 and East of Santa Rosa Avenue. There will be 61 new affordable apartment homes consisting of studios, one, two and three-bedroom units. All units will be restricted to 15-50% of the local AMI. 31 units have been reserved for permanent supportive housing of individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
